Can't say enough for this company. Highly recommend using on ALL jobs, especially if you're a small biz! Company was very responsive and helpful in the lien process. They were able to assist on a very important job that customer was avoiding to pay. Proper paperwork was filed and submitted on our behalf. Customer had paid 100% balance within 2 weeks! This has changed the way we will be doing larger contracts in the future. Thanks Penny and staff!!
