I wish there were more stars. This company did an amazing job all the way around. Communications were impressive, knowledge of the equipment was outstanding. This equipment is a learning curve for my family and the team at CHS has been able to provide full support. I would highly recommend this company for any services you may need. I am so pleased with my experience with Connected Home Solutions. They sent someone very quickly to help me and they went above and beyond to figure out my issue and they were able to fix it. Great communication and very friendly and professional. Five stars plus!

I cannot be more positive about the service I got from Connected Home Solutions! My WiFi and all WiFi enabled elements in my home had been unstable and inoperable since Christmas. A host of Geek Squad technicians as well as Cox folks had tried but failed. Disillusioned and frustrated I reached out to Connected Home Solutions. Tyler straightened out my system, made solid recommendations to improve speed and coverage. It is now working better than it ever has. These guys know their stuff! They are adding HVAC and electrical to their services. I will certainly contact them as needs arise. Highly recommend.
