Very pleased with the staff here at Concentra from the receptionist, medical assistant and doctor!!! Was expecting much less and the doctor was knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommended place for medical care!!
Was the second one in line on a Saturday. Arrived at 745am. About 8 people in line behind me. Still had an hour wait since they were short staffed. Just plan on being there at least an hour. Bring a book! Staff was nice and doing their best given the circumstances
I keep seeing bad reviews on this place which is pretty sad. I am also a medical assistant so I know how it goes and also spoke with the staff who were extremely nice and hospitable. They are extremely short staffed. They have about 3 nurses in the back office doing absolutely everything from physicals, drug screens, blood draws, injections... plus the medical care for urgent patients that come in for workman's comp. They are first come first serve and I kept seeing people go up and ask the front desk how much longer... I understand after one time just to see how many are ahead but if you plan on going there for a drug screen and getting in and out after 15 min and you see their lobby is full you're the crazy one. They have protocols in place that are federated it's not just pee in a cup and you're done. With my experience in the medical side I believe they are doing absolutely amazing with that amount of staff they have! If my clinic had that amount we would be in ruins. Props to the staff who still have a good attitude after running crazy throughout the day! Please be kinder to these people they treated me with respect and kindness they deserve the same.
