Our AC went out and the owners had a warranty company and they contacted them and they sent a person out. They were here for 5 hours and by this point it was very late so we told them to go home, they said they would come back the next day, they didn't. The owners gave us permission to call someone else and we called Chris at Cold Stinger Heating and Air Conditioning and he came out and fixed the mess the previous company made and got it fixed and working in less time than the other person was here messing it up.
I met Chris at Home Depot yesterday morning, I found him to an extremely nice person! We talked for a few minutes and I was very impressed with his thoughtfulness and kind manners, I look forward to being one of his many friends and customers! Thank you Chris!
