We have been using CPEC for years and they provide great service. We had a new technician named John for our last call and he was wonderful! Very informative about what was going on with our machine. I plan to request him for any future calls!
Michael and his team have been instrumental to keep our facility up and running. When it comes to parts and service, they know how to get things done. When time is the largest factor for our facility, they deliver. Thank you to him and their team over at C-PEC.
John is the best!! My name is Julia and I work at the Iron Springs Laundrymat in Prescott We love him there and every time he walks thru the door we all cheer cause we kno things are gonna get done He’s really personable and he listens to everything we have to tell him patiently Which is sometimes a lot and he takes his time to explain in easy terms everything we need to knowHe works really hard and is a magician with the machines .
