Cloud IT goes above and beyond to be there when needed. Last evening, Matt let me know our internet was down and he was communicating with Alta Fiber; while they said they would be onsite between noon-4pm to address our issue, Matt's persistence had them here and fixed the problem by 9:30 am. Every time I have a problem Cloud IT is on it. They always can figure out the problem big or small. They are always very personable with us on the phone and just by the tone of their voice you can tell they are smiling and happy to help.

I called them about a phishing site that popped up on my laptop and I called them and took care of the problem of removing the site and also blocking it while I was on the phone with them
