Cloud IT provides amazing IT support for small businesses. I have been completely happy with their services and staff. Cloud IT has some of the most skilled workers I have ever encountered. As a small business when my website went down the commitment that was given to my account to bring my website online was Amazing. The day to day support, is incredible. Cloud IT goes above and beyond to be there when needed. Last evening, Matt let me know our internet was down and he was communicating with Alta Fiber; while they said they would be onsite between noon-4pm to address our issue, Matt's persistence had them here and fixed the problem by 9:30 am. Every time I have a problem Cloud IT is on it. They always can figure out the problem big or small. They are always very personable with us on the phone and just by the tone of their voice you can tell they are smiling and happy to help.
