Driving along the freeway minding my business and boom. Rock hits windshield and instant crack. ANNOYING. When I finally get home I go through the process of trying to find a reputable company to handle the next step. To repair or replace. I find Clear Diamond online by reading reviews, so I figure I'll give them a shot. Since it was after 7pm I thought I'll just email them and wait to hear from them the next day. In less than 5 minutes I get a call back from a very nice gentleman. I answered a few questions, they conferenced in my insurance company, answered some more questions and then I'm approved for a new windshield. Damaged windshield on a Monday night. By Wednesday lunchtime they are meeting me at my office to put in the new windshield. Looks great! Note, I drive a Ford so the original windshield has the Ford emblem at the top. My insurance company says it's on backorder so I wouldn't get it. Clear Diamond had it available. AWESOME. They took an upsetting and annoying process to be quick, easy and painless. These are now my guys!

A windshield was cracked and I was looking for a place to repair it quickly. I arrived without a appointment and even after needing to order the part, it arrived within an hr or so. The window was put on promptly with no issues. I would use this place again and recommend it.
