Please do yourself a favor and book with a person who is more responsive and understands that it is not professional to book an appointment, then not show up the day of, responds to texts or voicemails! Go elsewhere and save yourself time.

I seriously hate this place. They don't have a proper system or process to notify the customers about the lease renewal.... when I spoke to them it sounds like it is courtesy call , actually they don't have to notify us about the lease renewal which is unfortunate thing.....is this the process you are following? ...I clearly say they forgot to notify me and i am victim for their mistakes. I hate this apartment complex.
