Usually would give a 5 star review but my last interaction wasn’t the greatest. Nothing horrible but not 5 stars. Came in with my mom for a girls day and when we were asked what pedicure we’d like we both ask for the classic just above the basic to feel special since I haven’t treated myself in over a year. My mom asked for the same and she got everything included, I on the other hand did not. All I got was nails filed, promise stone, and then she did my gel polish. No extras no massage nothing. Was looking for a new salon closer to home and found this place and decided try it because of the great reviews. Immediately when I walked in, I was met with happiness and great customer service. I felt heard with what I wanted. Honestly best experience I have had at a nail salon. Love that I can now call this place my new nail salon home. Thank you for a great experience!

I've been going here for years and I've grown to love all the employees. They're very friendly and funny. They do such a nice job on my nails every time. I'm moving out of state in a couple months and I'm so heartbroken. I hope I can find a nail salon in North Carolina that has such great people like classy nails.
