The Team at Clarke Capital has been so helpful from day one when we decided to purchase our first rental property. We did everything electronically thus it was so convenient and fast. They let us know what is needed and give us an idea of what is expected next. We were able to close on our property in 30 days! They are fast, thorough, friendly and provided us with great rates.
