Kathy has worked extremely hard to take care of our account and make sure that all of our needs are met. We don't expect perfection, but we have come to know that we can count on Kathy to take care of our cleaning needs from windows, to cobwebs, to floors to power washing and beyond. We have worked with several other companies in the past and prefer Citywide because of Kathy. We also appreciate the kind and caring personality of one of the regular cleaners we see each evening, Cristina. She seems to care about the school as if it were her own and she is kind and friendly to all of the people she encounters.
