Clean, good customer service, and the dryers dry fast and spin both ways. A card costs a dollar and you can add to it with cash or card. You can also register it so if you lose it with money on it, the money can be transferred to a new card, you gotta buy the new card, but again, only a dollar. Seats provided at tables with electric plugs to charge devices and there's free wifi, which I didn't use because I didn't need it. Dorii the manager is really nice and helpful.
Haven’t been to a laundry mat in years, was a little scared (stupidly) but City Laundry was clean, well lit, welcoming and great machines. Jessica was so nice and helpful and I felt really comfortable!
Second time coming in, really love the washers & dryers. Plenty of different washers to use. Place is clean and staff is nice & helpful. I had an issue at the vending machine and someone was able to help me right away. I feel like I would travel out the way just to come here honestly. No complaints at all.
