There seems to be a pattern with most of the comments. New builds, with a brand-new furnace, seem to not work. I too have a new build. Two years into ownership the blower is dead. The first year I had an AC leak. The technicians sent out were great but it makes you wonder how so many brand-new heaters and AC units have so many issues.

The tech Alex Nash was very professional (great customer service)! He went above and beyond in fixing our issue with the ac (odd smell coming from AC). He thoroughly assessed the problem, fixed it and gave us very helpful information to prevent this issue from reoccurring. Thank you Alex! Keep up the great work!

Awesome service! Jason and his technician Jacob (I think that’s what their names were) were awesome! Super fast and had the issue replaced immediately, and then helped stop a huge bathroom leak I had no idea was happening and cleaned up the tons of water making my job so much easier. I could have cried! Thank you thank you thank you!!
