Today I had a plumbing emergency at my house. The plumber Sontiago arrived. He showed up in a clean company van, dressed very professional, shirt tucked in, well groomed, pleasant personality, ran into a minor issue, came up with a plan to complete the job, everything is working well, very impressed with the job he performed, even cleaned up when he was finished.
Great service, showed up in the time slot they said he would appear. Shared information as the process moved forward. Informed me of the charges before he started. Checked everything, was not in a rush. Great experience. Would highly recommend them to family and friends.
