We were having a hard time controlling the humidity in our house and had an amazing experience with the warranty tech David! He was so informative and made sure all of our concerns were addressed and even took pictures to make sure we understood what he was explaining. We really appreciated him taking the time to go above and beyond to address our concerns!
Great service. Helped me over the phone and then installed a surge protector for my AC. The young man who came was very helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
Today I had a plumbing emergency at my house. The plumber Sontiago arrived. He showed up in a clean company van, dressed very professional, shirt tucked in, well groomed, pleasant personality, ran into a minor issue, came up with a plan to complete the job, everything is working well, very impressed with the job he performed, even cleaned up when he was finished.
