Jay was great. On time for the appointment. Great demo of products. Sold me. Install was different story. Installers are subcontractors for champion, they were on time, but not very well equipped for the job. Scheduled day 4 of 6 windows got installed. They had to come back a week later for the other 2. This was a difficult job for them due to the builder used way to many staples on the old windows. Something they have never run into before. Finished work looks great. But they were not very experienced, and it took them twice as long as it should have.
