My auto loan was picked up by these guys a few years back and all throughout the term of the loan, they've been fantastic. The APR is horrendous but considering I had less than desirable credit I can understand. I usually work with Favi whenever I call in, or when they reach out to me, and she's been fantastic every time. There's been a rather large period of time where my payments have fallen behind but she really does anything in her power to keep me from going under.
I actually had to call in today and ended up speaking with Annette, to make a payment on the account, and she was just as kind and helpful.

Sophia has worked with me when I have had financial hardships and fell behind on my loan. If it wasn't for her I would have lost my car along time ago. Your company is VERY LUCKY to have her. I wish all companies had a "Sophia". She is what customer service is all about. She always goes above and beyond to help her customers and I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for me. I normally start off reviewing company’s by giving them a 5 star. But I will leave a 3 now because they only report to ONE credit bureau. Had I known that , I would’ve never accepted the loan. I am now starting to make 5 years of car payments for NOTHING?? That is scandalous.
