I am a Facilities Director working for a health care organization with a corporate office, technology, network services office and small family practice clinic. A couple of years back I sent out a RFP to a few maintenance vendors, CBN Building Maintenance included. While CBN wasn't the lowest or highest bid, I did have a few questions on the inclusive window and other services as none were inclusive with the other companies. I work for a Civil Construction Contractor. We contracted CBN to clean our field office in 2020. They were a very affordable solution for us in keeping our field office clean and sanitized every week during this Covid pandemic. They have been great at communication and fixed any issues we have brought up, which have been very minimal. We are now done with the job but will use them again if given the opportunity.
