I am a Facilities Director working for a health care organization with a corporate office, technology, network services office and small family practice clinic. A couple of years back I sent out a RFP to a few maintenance vendors, CBN Building Maintenance included. While CBN wasn't the lowest or highest bid, I did have a few questions on the inclusive window and other services as none were inclusive with the other companies. It has been a couple of years since contracting with CBN and more than happy with all aspects of their service. I would highly recommend this company.I use the janitorial, floor care, window cleaning services and general stock of restroom and cleaning supplies for all our facilities. I have utilized their services for Covid cleaning at a couple facilities as well. The service plans are closely followed and monitored by their evening supervisory personnel and client care personnel during the business weeks. They have been quick to respond to emergency services on a few occasions.***************** (owner/operator) is very professional and extremely personable. I enjoy our opportunities to talk shop, sprinkled with some social exchanges and learning more about ******* from *** than I had before. I work for a Civil Construction Contractor. We contracted CBN to clean our field office in 2020. They were a very affordable solution for us in keeping our field office clean and sanitized every week during this Covid pandemic. They have been great at communication and fixed any issues we have brought up, which have been very minimal. We are now done with the job but will use them again if given the opportunity.
