December 16- I decided that my children needed a haircut, I came to this salon because it is close to me and I had previously come and my children received acceptable service, I never needed an appointment. Diciembre 16- decidí que mis hijos necesitaban un corte de pelo, vine a este salón porque me queda cerca y anteriormente ya había venido y mis hijos recibían un servício aceptable, nunca necesité cita. Llegamos y Caro no estaba presente, había dos personas antes de nosotros, así q esperamos, llegó más gente "con cita" y las atendieron antes de nosotros, llegaron más personas sin cita y tmb fueron atendidas antes, esperamos alrededor de una hora o más , mire como terminaron 7 cortes (adultos y niños) y escuché como a todos les cobraron $20, llegó nuestro turno pedí cortes normales para mis niños, nada especial ni complicado, al final me cobraron $50!!! $25 c/u, no se porque fue la discriminación, no es que $5 signifiquen mucho, pero la actitud y la diferencia con que nos trataron es lo que me molestó, no volveré a este lugar y se que dirán: no vuelvas!!! Solo quiero que quede esta reseña para que la dueña sepa que tipo de personas atienden cuando ella no está.

Work on professionalism. Have gone in twice with same staff member since only they were available and wanted to give them a second chance since bad first experience. Lady complained the whole time I was there and made me want to leave will not be returning.Service: Haircut
