We love this location! We came into town or a weekend and needed a place for our dog, Paloma, and the reviews here swayed us. The staff is extremely friendly and they know exactly what they're doing. They love and care for all of the dogs staying there as if they're their own. The staff is extremely attentive and they make sure the facility is safe and clean. Next time Paloma makes the trip to phx, she'll be staying here!
Took my german shepherd puppy Kiwi for daycare. I mainly do it for her own socialization and playtime and she is a very nervous and shy dog. Staff made sure to make her comfortable and myself as well! They are very communicative with me and also have cameras in the play areas so you can check in on your dog whenever! I will be a regular owner from now on
All of the staff are wonderful and attentive to the dogs and their quirks and needs. They do all they can to not only make our babies comfortable, but making sure that the pet parents are comfortable and in the loop. Keeps them active burning off their energy. We left our dogs here for a week for the first time, our babies had so much fun, and our anxieties were continually put at ease with pictures being sent, along with the ability to check in on them by video at any time.
