I had Ariel coming to fix my old AC unit, bring referred by a neighbor that had high praise for him. Ariel fixed the AC on the day I called him and it was reasonable and timely.Later I decided to replace the gas furnace together with the AC, with a heat pump. Buenos Air comes highly recommended by our family, if I could have given more than 5 stars I would have, this company is outstanding and goes above and beyond. We have used this company on numerous occasions for air conditioning maintenance and occasionally when repair was needed, they have done an amazing job over the last five years. Our air conditioner went out yesterday and being as old as it was we suspected it was time to replace it. In the busy season of summer, Ariel extended his day to come fix my AC the same day I called him. He and his assistant were very professional. They were polite and quick with their work. I had given him the details I knew about the issue when setting up the appointment, and he came prepared to fix it. I was pleased that he was able to fix it on one trip.
