Brian is amazing! He not only sold our house, he was instrumental in the staging process to highlight the house’s best features. Brian was very patient and very honest and open throughout the showings, inspections, and sale process. Selling a home during the early stages of the pandemic was no easy feat, but Brian rolled with the changes and uncertainty and kept the process moving which resulted in a great sale within our preferred time frame. Brian was relentless in finding the perfect home for us- despite the fact that we were out-of-state buyers, in a horrible buyers market. While were still out-of-state, Brian would tour and video homes for us to see. Once we were local, he spent countless hours every weekend showing us properties (with a toddler in tow). He was always available and always honest. By the end, I think that Brian knew what I wanted better than I did.
