If you need a personal trainer, Brian is your guy! I was 3 months out of ACL surgery and I wanted to push myself to have a fully healed knee as soon as possible. Brian not only helped me achieve that but also helped me lost 13 pounds in 3 months! I’m stronger than I was before the injury, not only physically but mentally. We were able to encounter any ACL hindering challenges and adapt to work on any body part I needed.
