Always skeptical to come to a new place, especially when I’ve lived in NYC for the past 20 years… was referred to this place and figured I’d give it a shot. Let’s just say that the stylist Stephanie completely nailed my haircut and followed my preferences. I expected the place to be busy and it wasn’t at all - giving it 4 stars because they need a full time receptionist to be there to welcome and check people in & out / a different stylist who had to leave her client (not Stephanie) went to check me out and wasn’t very familiar with the front desk computer: train ALL your stylists to run the desk AND attend to their customers if you’re not going to hire...read full review

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. From start to finish this place is fantastic. The women at the front are always friendly and helpful. The environment is relaxing and comfortable. The entire place is always clean and welcoming. I never got a hair cut I didn't love. I have to give a special shoutout to Mckenzie who I saw for the last 6 months. She is always positive and never fails to give you a good laugh. Not to mention the great work that she does. If I hadn't moved out of the area this would have stayed as the only place I get my hair cut.

If you're a man with higher standards, enjoy a little pampering... and money to spend, this place is absolutely top tier. Don't expect a Great Clips atmosphere, haircut or prices. It's far and away better in every way.
