I worked with them for a total of 3yrs. No company is perfect and they are no stranger to ups and downs. However, when it comes to training and getting the job done, they really excell. Even though life has taken me a different route, I still highly recommend Blue Steel Security for future security professionals as well as clients. It was a privilege to serve with such amazing people as my security brothers and sisters there.
In 2019 we called to report our catalytic converter stolen. The person we talked to was Incredibly rude...and nobody ever came out. A while later the locking gas cap was pried off of the same vehicle, was reported and nobody followed up. The backup camera cable has been ripped loose on my wife's car last week and I expect zero response. We've been here 3 years and have never seen any of your vehicles on the property even though we walk the property 4-5 times a day between 6am & 9pm with our dog. What ever they're paying you to patrol the property is way too much even if it's $1 a year.
Great staff here at San Valiente. Always professional and personable, glad to have them in the neighborhood!
