If you haven’t tried pilates yet, please do yourself a favor and visit Katie at Bloom! Pilates is a wonderful mix of strength training and core work and Katie is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and always comes up with new routines and ways to keep it interesting. For years I was addicted to running but didn’t like the toll it was taking on my body. Thanks to Katie I now see how pilates can be a lifelong practice for me and how it will benefit my overall health long term. The studio is peaceful and inviting and full of top-notch equipment. I can’t recommend Bloom and Katie highly enough!

Katie is an amazing instructor that is very knowledgeable. She helped me recover from back surgery with a custom workout. She identified where I needed the most work and was very patient, yet knows when to push you. Plus, the Bloom studio is super-convenient and comfortable.

There are always going to be people who get involved with Pilates because it’s trendy....and then there’s Katie. She teaches Pilates because she believes in the amazing benefits of Pilates. When your body works right you just feel better! She helps you strengthen weak areas and balance imbalances you may not even be aware of. She’ll help improve the quality of your daily life!!! Plus she’s a lovely & likable person which is an added bonus??
