The response time was good, and communication was on point. The whole experience felt like I was hearing an honest assessment of our leak problem, and felt that Bird Dog worked efficiently to get our issue resolved and felt trusted the whole time. Will definitely use again for plumbing issues.

Great response and very knowledgeable. They came and fixed our outdoor spigot when it broke over the holiday weekend. He obliged me as I peppered him with questions while he worked away to get things fixed. Great company!

My shower head was leaking and although I had changed it bc someone else told me that's what I needed to do, someone else said it was bc of the handle. Someone cancelled on me to fix it and I had to leave town, I came back to mold in my shower and of course I freaked out! My neighbor recommended Don - not only did he and his colleague come over within a few hours, but changed out my shower head w another one that I am SO HAPPY with!! Don is a confident professional without ego or attitude. No hard selling - just honest work and immediately stood up to the task and went above and beyond! Couldn't be more grateful for him
