So awesome. I went for my 1st class and could already feel it on my way out. The staff is so nice and friendly; each class has max 4 students so you feel comfortable and get all the attention you need. I def recommend Bird Dog Pilates.

I’ve been learning from Wes since a friend introduced me to Bird Dog about 4 years ago. He is a highly knowledgeable and attentive instructor who has helped me build strength, precision, confidence, and flexibility. My goal as an older student is to stay fit as long as possible. Both Wes and now Emma are great partners toward that goal. Pilates keeps me strong and they keep me motivated. I can’t recommend Bird Dog highly enough.

I travel a lot for business and try to drop in on a class when ever I can. Wes gave great instruction. I'll be getting on my next flight just a little taller. Thank you Wes!
