I would like to thank Big O Tires for the awesome last-minute-before-closing service that we received on Saturday, September 16th. We had a flat tire and didn't discover how worse it actually was until we attempted to find a place to get air. Unfortunately, the air machines/hoses at Quick-Trip, Circle K and Safeway were all tampered with (though no fault of their own). Fortunately, we were able to make it to Big O Tires where the service technician, Patrick Roth, assisted us just in the nick of time. Patrick was friendly and courteous. Shout out to Marcus McGriff and Mario Cisneros. They helped me out with my 2008 Dodge Avenger getting it back up and running. Big O might be more expensive than a small garage shop but you get an actual warranty on the stuff instead of going to a backyard shop by a sketchy guy named Jeff who steals your Cabin Air Filter (no joke)

This location is great! I’ve been here twice. One of my tires recently blew out while on the freeway (older tire from another location) and I called them hoping they could work me in despite not having any available appointments showing online. Damontay answered the phone promptly, was extremely courteous and professional and got me worked in. I had two new tires in less than two hours and was back on the road. Thank you and shout out to the guys in the back!
