I had Paul Howard come out and diagnose our problem really quickly, which was a huge plus. When your AC goes out in the AZ summer, it’s a big deal but not with Benefit Air. I appreciate these guys so much!
I am a 20 + year customer of Benefit Air. When my thermostat started acting strange one day I called and they sent technician Juan out within 24 hours! He replaced the thermostat instantly and did our cold weather maintenance. Friendly, hardworking and very informative. Advised us on best types of filters to use and to change filter more frequently while we're remodeling. Awesome
