when I came in today, I will say the wait was not too bad (i scheduled an appointment) And the doctors came to see me pretty quick. However, the main person who came to see me (i think she was a nurse practitioner) Was extremely rude to my mom. My mom had a couple of questions about the flu and clarifying what medicines to/Not to take, and she was being extremely condescending and sarcastic towards her. I think her name was Donna? but I don’t remember. my piece of advice is if you were going to work in healthcare, you need to be kind and open to all questions and throw that sarcasm away before you get into work.

I wouldn’t go here. Injured both my wrists in a bicycle accident. Determined I had no broken bones and didn’t really discuss other possibilities or really anything. Just felt like an inconvenience that I was even there making them work. It’s all good, could have just been one of those days.

The lady at the front desk was not the most pleasant but also not the worst. The wait time was kind of long but I also didn’t have an appointment. Once I was in the back the visit took a while 3 minutes max.
