I rated this facility a 5 because the care I received was exceptional. The on-call doctor/practitioner (Carla Howard) demonstrated genuine concern, strong empathy, and a true commitment to understanding my condition. She took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel supported and cared for throughout my entire visit. The level of professionalism and compassion made a difficult situation much easier, and I am truly grateful for the outstanding care she provided.
I have needed care here on 3 separate occasions. The staff and treatment here have been outstanding. The wait times have never been too long. The providers have been kind, knowledgeable, professional. They have the ability to do X-rays on site, which is a big plus. There is no lab for bloodwork on site though. I also learned that they do TB testing here. They do not do any vaccinations here. Easy access right off Chandler in Ahwatukee. Parking is plentiful. They also allow you to make appointments for care. Nice when you’re feeling awful and can’t wait long in the lobby.
Was on vacation and somehow injured my lower back. Booked an appointment online and was seen and diagnosed within the hour. Really friendly, professional staff, that provided the relief needed for the return flight across the country, the following day.
