Tu came to review/repair our Samsung clothes washer today which was leaking. He quickly came to the conclusion and repair and it was done within minutes. We would definitely refer B&B and Tu to anyone who needs service to their appliances.

This review is specifically for Tu who came out and fixed our fridge. He was not scheduled to see us but he was in the area and went out of the way to come and check on us after we called. Our fridge and freezer had stopped working entirely just before the holidays but Tu was able to quickly fix it by replacing a faulty part. Not only was Tu able to very quickly and accurately diagnose what was wrong with our fridge and get it fixed, he was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and took his time to answer our questions about how our fridge works, showing and explaining to us what broke and how we could tell. Johnny just left and did an amazing job. He was quick and efficient, and now I have a working stove to cook Thanksgiving dinner on.
Johnny was very polite, removed the old stove, installed the new one and made sure everything was working properly and made sure I did not have any questions before he left.
