Had a great experience with this company getting new insulation and sealing our house. The crew was really nice, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly. We really feel the difference in our house and our electric bill has gone down.

Last summer my 20+ year old air conditioner started leaking freon. Through APS I was referred to AZ Energy Efficient Home and had a home energy audit done. They recommended updating my duct work and replacing the AC unit as well as a few other updates to my home. Due to the cost and time needed to have the unit arrive they were very kind and twice came out and filled the freon in my struggling old unit until I had the money together to have the work done and the new unit arrived. I had a small problem with the unit not kicking the heat on now that it’s winter and they came out same day and were able to diagnose and repair the problem. Bought a house and the seller "forgot" to include any information about the Broan ERV. After bugging the seller's realtor, I received Jonathan's contact information. After a scheduling hiccup, he was able to make a visit and walk us through maintenance on the ERV and operation of the wall control unit. He was polite and answered all our questions, and we didn't feel rushed or pushed into buying products or services. Would work with him again.
