we are so happy with our new pool Lynette and Scott were so helpful with helping us design and build our pool. Shane taught how to use the equipment. we are just waiting for the curing peroid so can turn on the heater and start swimming. We can't recommend arrowhead more highly this has been our dream for years. If you want a pool choose Arrowhead

My Arrowhead pool resurface project went as close to perfect as it could be. Beginning with Dave and Michelle which were very knowledgeable on what my needs and choices were. Cory - my Project Manager with Arrowhead is well organized in the scheduling of all the aspects and stages of my pool re-surface - his communications were great and he was available for questions whenever needed.

UPDATE 3/14/25: So after my original rating (2) I received phone calls from Michelle as well as the company president, both apologizing for slipping through the cracks, and they explained it was likely a software switchover that caused my complaint to get buried. Nonetheless, shortly thereafter a second site visit was conducted by the stone supplier and they reconfirmed we had several defective travertine pieces. Contractors were on site the following Monday to remove and replace about 30 defective travertine tiles. They finished today with grouting of 2 coping pieces and polymeric sand.
