First of all, the office ask that you arrive 30 minutes to your appointment which I gave them the courtesy of arriving an hour early so I can make it back to work on time. My appointment time comes, okay 10 minutes later still waiting 20 minutes past appointment time get call back to wait another 20 minutes for Doctor, I am finally seen an hour past my appointment at this point I have been in the office for 2 hours for a 10 minute consultation. Next scenario Doctor refers me to another specialist front office hands me the information for the specialist. Called the office which I was referred to they request a referral call Phoenix Urology Specialist request referral advised wait 24 to 48 hours drive days later no referral has been sent. Was advised a manager would call me back no call back. Called the office to speak to speak with manager and that option was never provided advised they would have manager call back. Still waiting for the call back.
I received very comforting care. The care was for a urodynamic procedure. Urology care. Patrice was such a caring tech. She made me feel as relaxed as one could be. The staff invited me with smiles in the office. I recommend these urology specialists.
The doctor I had was awesome. My 1st visit, the front desk staff is so unprofessional and rude. Mind you, you will see most elderly people at this office and one of the front desk representative said out loud when I was standing there, "why don't these people ever check in online". She wasn't taking about me because I checked in. Lady, these people are elderly and they don't use computers like younger generation to check in. And it's your job!!! Then I had a kidney stone a big one, and I got an appointment a month out. I had to tolerate the pain. Then nobody called me from the billing department to tell me my out of pocket for the surgery because they didn't submit it for approval. So a day before the surgery I call them again and they said we still have sent it in for approval!! Like seriously???? The doctor I got was amazing but the front desk very bad, billing department and scheduler, bad bad. You will deal with headaches with the management staff
