Poor professionalism on behalf of Rick who received my email complaint and basically defended the belligerent language of his employee Reyes stating he was a model employee who had been with him for seven years. Apparently it is ok for a male employee to be belligerent to a female who was simply asking for the employees name- which he declined to offer. His employee Reyes tried to say the spots as shown are “birdshit” as he specifically said Update- Ashley from this company called today and apologized for what had happened and rectified the situation today she had my dads car detailed and really turned around the situation.
