About Arizona Humane Society Papago Park Campus
The Arizona Humane Society's Rob & Melani Walton Papago Park Campus offers a world-class animal trauma hospital with comprehensive medical interventions and behavioral care for pets. This campus serves as a regional hub, providing acute medical and trauma care, behavior rehabilitation, adoption resources, and education programs for both children and adults, working in tandem with the organization's other two campuses. Visitors have described the campus as visually stunning, with a beautiful, well-laid-out, and spotlessly clean interior. The foster wing features beautiful artwork, and the staff are highly educated in animal healthcare, dedicated to ensuring the complete welfare of the cats and dogs before the adoption process. The facility is praised for its incredible staff and the excellent treatment of the animals.
Returned 2 foster kittens and picked up 2 others. Staff is delightful. They provide information on each foster animal's needs. All supplies are provided. All the foster family needs to offer is love and attention. It's a great program to prepare stray animals for adoption.
It's hurts my heart every time I come here. so many animals that aren't getting adopted. The place is beautiful and the service is amazing. Thanks to those people who dedicated their time to volunteer.
I have brought in and surrendered a few animals here, and the staff the staff is very understanding and accommodating. This is one of the only humane societies I trust because unlike Maricopa County, which is overfilled they won’t euthanize for space so I trust that any animal I’ve brought in got the care and they needed and will get put up for adoption..
