Honestly, On the inside everyone is a busy bee, and trying to exceed expectations. When first entering the doors, you're met with a friendly environment. This is in my eyes, still a small company, but it's growing fast! The biggest complaint is that there are a lot of moving parts, so coordinators do change, there are rules the company has to follow to be in compliance with the state that falls on the guardians and providers and understandably, nobody likes extra paperwork. Otherwise, compared to other agencies they try their best to actually be there and advocate for their families/caregivers/therapists. This company is always growing and learning.
Honestly the best experience! Everyone from the administration people to the therapist, care deeply about the children they work with. Their facility is beautiful and most of all clean! Definitely would recommend
Thankful for the Services we are receiving with Arizona Autism..I have an Adult Son with Selective Mute Autism and Cognitive Disabilities. Our Therapist has been with our Son for close to 8 years..We are very pleased with her Loyalty, patience and Consistency..
