I really wish the people over the phone would listen to and help patients when we call in. It feels like every time I call I'm just being pushed off the phone, even though I'm having real issues with my medication refills. Please do better.

Horrible. My appt was scheduled for 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:15 and waited 2-3 min while front desk was on the phone. Another front desk staff checked me in and handed me paperwork to fill out. At 3:28 the original front desk girl (one on phone) called me up and stated that i didn't check in on time, which was 3:15. As I stood there surprised I noticed that "3:18" was written on my paperwork in marker. I asked her if that took into consideration the 2-3 minutes I waited. She just babbled on about rules. it's funny how they were quick to take my $. It's even funnier they canceled me for being late before my appointment time. Ridiculous. I called to refill my sons prescription and they let me know he needed to be seen for his annual appointment. I make the appointment they can't see him until almost a month from that date. I let them know that my son is out of his medication that he takes daily and would need some meds to get him through until our visit. They refused to give my 7 year old any anything and that he would just have to deal with it until our visit in almost a month! Not only can he not breathe with out the medication he struggles with breathing unless he has his meds. What type of doctor would let a child be abruptly taken off a daily medication?
