A few years back, I needed to rent a bottle of Nitrogen for an AC install at my house, they were very kind, and eager to help set me up, and for a very fair price. Nice people to do business with!

We used Arizona Air Boutique for our 5-year opening celebration. They were prompt and the balloons showed up ready to go, exactly as described. We were able to keep the balloons and take leftovers to the children's hospital the next day. Highly recommended!
