Vincent always makes sure I get booked on the days I need. They always remember my name and make me feel extremely welcome in the shop.
And my technician Lily is amazing, I never leave there disappointed, because she knows exactly what I love and it does it amazingly!!
Highly recommend this location, especially if you are in the downtown-midtown-uptown its centrally located.
Super clean place employees are very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful salon. I got a manicure on my real nails a day ago and my nail polish has started to chip. Also, I believe we can do a little bit better on cuticle cleaning. I did specifically ask for my cuticles to be clean. I’m not sure if it was a newer person which is completely fine. We all have to learn, but those would be my only two complaints other than that service was great.
The atmosphere in this place is so refreshing. I instantly felt so comfortable and relaxed. Rena did an absolutely amazing job on my nails with gel-x. She was so patient and kind with my indecisiveness on what I wanted. I highly recommend this place and her for all your nail needs!??
