5 stars for Arcadia Cleaners! Highly recommend Rayna for wedding gown cleaning! She came highly recommended in several FB wedding groups. My gown was custom designed by myself, and hand sewn by a seamstress, so I was fairly nervous when it came down to having it cleaned. There were several yellow stains on the dress and I was hopeful that they would be removed successfully. Rayna explained that they could not guarantee removal, which is understandable, but I had high hopes after dropping it off with her because of how knowledgeable she was with the cleaning process and had been doing this type of cleaning for over 10 years. Our usual dry cleaners recommended the Arcadia Dry Cleaners for the cleaning of our daughter’s wedding dress. The hem was dirty with flowers, etc. from an outdoor wedding. Rayna was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful!!! She told me that as this is the wedding season, it would take 6-8 weeks to complete the cleaning. I was very surprised when I received the text that the dress was ready for pick up in less than 3 weeks! The dress looks brand new!!! Excellent work and service!!! I’m so happy that I brought our out of town daughter’s wedding dress here! Thank you, Rayna!!!

Arcadia Dry Cleaner is the BEST! I brought in a badly stained heirloom baptism gown purchased in Florence Italy. We could not identify the stain (looked like paint splattered all over the fabric). They removed all the stains, and it looks like new! I am so grateful; it will now get passed down more generations.
