I am not often inclined to leave a review but when I do it’s because of an extremely good or bad experience. This one was out of this world. These guys listened, diagnosed,cared, helped in every way possible. They offer genuine insight based on a lifetime in this specific field.

My fountain pump stopped working and was loud before that so I thought needed new or major repair. John opened it and explained how it was a minor issue. Man, another place would have sold me a new pump for 350 or “repair” it for a week and charge me, I’d never know. This John man is the real deal. Experience, knowledgeable, honest and humble. This will be my go to spot for when the pump dies and any other issue I have going forward. The shop is really cool with unique fountains. Worth the visit! Thanks John I’ll be back when this pump does finally clunk out! Thx!
