Let me start by saying that I was a little nervous to start the process of hiring a cleaning service. I'd never done it before, I had no idea what to expect- and I was on a budget. But Apex relieved all of those worries from the start. Came out for an initial consult and cleaned my area rug, it was thrifted, and it looked several shades brighter after they were done. He proceeded to give me a very reasonable quote for my tile floor (I live in an apartment, and the grout- no matter how much I mopped and scrubbed, was never clean. Rich came out and extracted water from carpet due to AC leak. Provided excellent service and around my price range! Quick response and service was done the same day within an hour of calling the company.
