Rick the Inspector is very Professional. Rick took time to do a detail look at our home. Rick would question issues / damage found in the house, to find the causes of problems in the building structure, where the damage has started from. Rick along with finding the cause of damage he gave good suggestions for Corrective Actions to fix and or prevent future occurences which could stop the damage in the future from starting. Rick did a fantastic job on our home inspection. Met with me at the house and did a thorough job explaining every aspect of the house. He took the time to walk me around to each item mentioned in the report and gave suggestions on a course of action where possible. Would definitely recommend.
