Tim came to the house and assessed my A/C unit, after another company had suggested I replace the unit and falsely diagnosed the problem. Tim found the real problem got it fixed without replacement and saved me a lot of money. He was very professional and efficient.
Never do today what you can put off till 2038... King of procrastination and I am long overdue with a review. On the Friday before Memorial day in 2011 my AC came up dead. Facing at least 4 days of 100 degree plus weather... Someone referred me to Alliance. At 10:00 sales rep was sitting on the porch. By 7:00 a new unit was sitting on my roof. Since that time, Alliance has done all the maintenance and repairs all of which were only a service charge due to a 10 year warranty they encouraged me to buy. Hey, it's Arizona... you need good reliable AC company in your pocket. Oh yeah... What inspired me to write after all this time? AC went out yesterday... Called at 3:00 p.m. tech on the roof at 5:00. Nuff sed... Then this morning... Heat pump making noise last night. Called Alliance first thing this morning and they said they had a cancellation and could have someone out inside the hour. Tech was on time, professional and got right to it. Fixed everything under warranty and took care of the problem. We bought this unit in 2011with a 10 year warranty. Alliance has done routine service every year at a reasonable price and handled several warranty issues with virtually no hassles. Sales, office and field staff have all been professional and moved quickly to resolve any issues in a professional manner. Our heater went out, I made a call to Alliance Comfort Systems and within the hour Tim was there. Not only did he fix the problem he checked out the whole unit, educated us on some of the intricacies of the system. Tim is knowledgeable and very professional. He's my AC & heating guy. I strongly recommend Alliance Comfort Systems.
