This is a basically a tow yard. My car was towed to this place after a theft recovery. I called the place before I headed their way. No one was there once I got there. I called and found out that the head office is somewhere in Mesa or Tempe and only one person is employed here. This person went to tow another vehicle and had to wait an hour for him to get back. I tried to pay the fee for my car using credit card and they charged me 3% credit card fee. There are no restrooms for the customers. Had a bad experience with them.
My boyfriend worked for this company for 1 day. The disorganization was incredible. The vehicle they gave him to do his job was very ill fit. The manager expected him to work without breaks. The icing on the cake... it's been several months and the company refuses to pay him. The manager will not answer calls, the office staff has no information. Don't do business with a company that feels its ok to rob someone of their time and go unpunished.
