All Dogs go to Brenda

I reviewed Brenda over 22 mos ago and her work is great. No issues with that at all. The challenge is her arrival timing. I've been happy with the communications when she's on the way and any rescheduling efforts, but recently told "I'm not what you want" when I asked for an approximate arrival time today. Overall I've been happy with it and rolled with it, but today, has left with a bad taste. I'm puzzled after 13 appointments over 25 months...not one complaint at all from me. I suspect I'm on the northern most area and inconvenient more than anything, which would be an acceptable thing to say and I'd deal with it. I cannot say enough good stuff about Brenda. She comes right to your house and treats your doggo like her own. The facility (her trailer that is outfitted) is VERY clean and she works quickly. This type of service was 100% necessary during the pandemic and I will continue to use her and refer her to others with pets. TOP NOTCH grooming!

I have had dogs for as long as I can remember. And have had several dog groomers. But none have ever compared to Brenda. Right now I have two elderly dogs and Bacardi is terrified to have her nails trimmed. Brenda takes the time to calm her down no matter how long it takes. And she Grooms both of my dog's perfectly. No need to look elsewhere for a groomer, she's perfect
