They get me in on the same day. Doctor is great. She spent more then enough time with me. She is so nice and helpful. We talked a lot about glasses as well as how to take care of eye. She helped me to understand which glasses should I take. And what could be reason for increasing the number. Definitely going back to them every year. Thanks a lot for awesome service.
Dr Gong is wonderful. She is brilliant and caring. I have keratoconus. I have been to many doctors in the past who claimed to be experts on the area. Anyone with keratoconus let me spare you time and pain. If you live in the Phoenix area, go to Dr Gong. She may have to make adjustments to improve the fit of your contact lenses but it will not be far off from fitting well.
The best part of dealing with Dr Gong and the rest of the folks at Accent is that, at every point of contact, I have been greeted with and cared for with professionalism.
