As a past employee, this company has ZERO CARE!!!! Management at West Phoenix is very disrespectful, and Central location has so many healthcare mistakes and lots of safety concerns!!! This clinic has no manager so no one is held accountable!Sad to have such bad healthcare in the Valley!!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BY THERE MISSION AND VALUE!!!!!

Scheduling isn’t always the easiest, but they offer in person and virtual visits for most appointments. Dr. Bannis is fantastic and I couldn’t recommend him more. To the point, thorough, and focused in on what’s important. I always feel I get a straight answer from him regarding any concerns I may have and I appreciate that he’s direct and clear. Even after moving to the East valley, I will still plan on seeing him for the foreseeable future.

worst customer service long wait on phones and absolutely horrendous to receive a simple refill or be seen within a timely manner when appt was scheduled an hour earlier waited in that lobby for so long because of their lack of communication and not having a doctor on the schedule because of pure laziness
